Great design systems evolve alongside the people who use them

This is Spectrum Hub, a unified home for Spectrum where guidance, documentation, and implementation come together in one connected destination, making it easier to move from exploration to implementation. As Spectrum continues to expand, so does the knowledge that supports it.

By bringing together the information from our previous S1 and S2 documentation within a new information architecture, Spectrum Hub lays the groundwork for a more connected and scalable experience. Rather than replacing deeper engineering resources, the Hub draws from them, surfacing the most useful platform data at the point of discovery and connecting people to the full implementation detail when they’re ready to build.

Spectrum Hub is designed to evolve alongside every platform we supports, from React and Web Components today to iOS, Android, and Unified Experiences tomorrow. This shared architecture creates a more consistent documentation experience across platforms while strengthening the connection between design guidance and implementation.

Like the design system it supports, Spectrum Hub will continue to evolve. As we build, you’ll see integrated design data, richer examples and references, Unified Experience guidance, educational content, and new ways for the community to contribute and help shape the future of Spectrum.

As you explore the experience, we’d love to hear your feedback. Your ideas, questions, and suggestions will help inform what comes next and make Spectrum Hub even better.

A new home for Spectrum

Spectrum Hub is the central home for Spectrum bringing together the foundations, guidance, resources, tools, and offerings that help teams create with Spectrum.

This first release establishes a new experience for exploring Spectrum across platforms. It brings together foundational guidance, design and component resources, live implementations, and support in one connected place, creating a foundation for Spectrum to grow beyond documentation.

As the Hub evolves, it will become the place to understand what Spectrum is, what it offers, how to use it, and where it’s going.
